Matt Damon's version of Brett Kavanaugh, which debuted to raucous applause during the cold open of last night's season premiere of "Saturday Night Live". It was quite similar to how the judge reacted during the hearing of the sexual assault allegations levied against him by Dr Christine Blasey Ford.
Hollywood heavyweight Matt Damon portrays an angry Kavanaugh giving an animated speech, opening with: "Let me tell you this. I'm gonna take it to about a 15 real quick".
Damon's Kavanaugh went on to say that he doesn't understand the meaning of the word "stop" to uncomfortable laughter because reality and satire are one and the same right now, this is the darkest timeline and definitely the Bad Place.
"This is my speech".
Damon's Kavanaugh explained that he wrote his statement the night before while "screaming into an empty bag of Doritos". I'm a keg is half full kind of guy. In some parts of the sketch, Damon's Kavanaugh did not have to stray far from the transcript of Thursday's actual questioning. "You mean, was I cool?"
"Dr. Ford has no evidence - none", he said.
Timberwolves' Asking Price for Jimmy Butler Is Too High

"Well guess what? I'm not backin" down, you sons of (expletives).
Damon appeared as Kavanaugh in a hearing where he faced questions from actors playing a range of key political figures in the saga, including Republican Lindsay Graham and Democrat Diane Feinstein.
He has been widely criticised for saying "I like beer" when asked whether he drunk in high school, and replying "have you?" to a senator who asked him whether he ever blacked out from drinking too much alcohol. "And I know I'm supposed to shut up because I'm a single white male, 5'10", uncut".
"I can not believe I just watched my idol dance around dressed as a water bottle", @Stephen_rum said. But you think I'm angry now, you just wait till I get on that Supreme Court because then you're all going to pay.
