"I believe I will not coach again", said Meyer, who will have a yet-to-be-determined role at the school. But how much will Meyer be worth when he retires?

As the old joke goes, "How do you know when Urban Meyer is lying?"

North Carolina's new head coach, Mack Brown, received a phone call from Meyer at 6 a.m. E.T. this morning. But Meyer spun them around and gave them eight wins during his first season and another nine wins the following season.

Meyer, 54, who has spent the last seven seasons with the Ohio State program, including winning a national championship in 2014, was calling to tell him that he was stepping down. He later moved on to coach at Florida, and won his first national championship with the Gators in 2006.

Trump will not be speaking at funeral for George H.W. Bush
Bush first nominated Roberts to an appellate judgeship in 1992, though Congress never acted on the nomination. Bush says the dog will go back into service to help veterans at Walter Reed National Military Center.

"Urban's done a great job every place he's been", Barry Alvarez, the Wisconsin athletic director and previously the Badgers' football coach, told The Post on Tuesday at Yankee Stadium, where he participated in a news conference for the upcoming New Era Pinstripe Bowl. He had an undefeated, 12-0 season during his first year. Within months, he had accepted his "dream" job at Ohio State.

He later issued a statement apologizing directly to Smith's wife, saying, "Let me say here and now what I should have said on Wednesday: I sincerely apologize to Courtney Smith and her children for what they have gone through". His coaching wisdom and his elite ability to motivate and prepare a team is something everyone on this staff not only appreciates, but learns from and carries forward. Meyer allegedly was made aware of the domestic abuse but chose not to follow up on it. Day has singed a five-year contract worth $4.5 million per year.

Florida State - Willie Taggart just finished his first season at Florida State and it resulted in the Seminoles 36-year bowl streak being snapped. He reportedly resides in OH with his wife in a massive 12,000-square-foot mansion. ESPN reports Meyer will retire after the Buckeyes' appearance in the Rose Bowl, which will be played January 1. Meyer had been dealing with painful headaches due to a cyst on his brain.

Miami - For the same reasons Meyer would make a lot of sense at Florida State because of the recruiting benefits and path to the playoff, Miami could be a ideal post-retirement home.
