BTS opens up about their first Grammys: 'It's a dream come true'

It was just one of many times the group was seen singing along with a performance at the Grammys.

The lead up to this year's Grammys hasn't been completely smooth though.

The artiste's win is his first in a major Grammy category and fourth overall, after his hit Redbone won the prize for Best Traditional R&B Performance past year.

Last year, the artist was nominated in the same category for his song "Redbone" but fell short to Bruno Mars' "24K Magic".

She will also be delivering a performance during the ceremony, along with a number of other artists including Shawn Mendes, Janelle Monáe and Miley Cyrus, among others. "Thank you for looking out for me, thank you for my family at home, I love you", she said as she struggled to hold back tears.

She hailed the importance "particularly for women to have our seat at the table, to represent the fact that we are so here and so incredible and we are the creators of our music". Taylor Swift, who was snubbed and one scored one nomination, also won't be at the show. A representative for the Grammys didn't return an email seeking clarification about the tribute. Weeks later, the academy announced that it had hired Tina Tchen, a lawyer and Michelle Obama's former chief of staff, to head a new task force on inclusion and diversity.

RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook - made their Grammy red carpet debut on Sunday night (February 10), and, well, the photos are works of art. Yolanda Adams, Fantasia and Andra Day will honor the late Aretha Franklin with a performance.
