R. Kelly Van Stops at McDonald's After Release

Kelly is not allowed to contact the alleged victims, witnesses or anybody under the age of 18!

Disturbing details of the allegations against Kelly emerged Saturday when the prosecution released four detailed documents - one for each accuser - outlining the basis for the charges.

"The only person lying is your client, which he has done for more than 20 years", Lizzette Martinez said during a Monday afternoon press conference in Los Angeles. "What would be our motive to lie?"

A fourth charge is based on a videotape that purportedly shows Kelly and a 14-year-old girl engaged in sexual acts, according to prosecutors. Though the more infamous accusations against Kelly involve underage victims, not all the women who allege sexual abuse by him were under the age of consent at the time of the incidents.

The R&B singer's bail amount was 10 percent of the $1 million bond set by a judge Saturday.

Lord knows he has bigger problems on his hands at the moment, but disgraced R&B legend R. Kelly owes almost $200,000 in child support on top of everything else, and he reportedly could be up against even more jail time if it goes unpaid - and of course he's also facing many more legal problems than just child support.

"Over the weekend, we have encountered a number of additional witnesses who we have interviewed, who we are in the process of preparing to meet with prosecutors", Avenatti told CNN Monday.

"R. Kelly's first stop after getting out of jail is the McDonald's in River North", tweeted Sun-Times reporter Nader Issa.

In a statement, parent company Atlas Air Worldwide said: "We can confirm there were three people on board the aircraft". Data from flight tracking services shows that the Boeing 767 entered a steep dive just before the crash.

"It's our position at this point that Mr. Kelly has done absolutely nothing wrong", Greenberg said. "Sometimes justice moves slowly".

Soon, Kelly might have to deal with more than just Chicago authorities.

The recording star was released from custody several hours later after $100,000 cash bail was posted by a friend, county sheriff's spokeswoman Sophia Ansari said.

In the show, alleged victims and Kelly's close friends accuse the singer of abuse, predatory behavior and pedophilia. Together they detailed allegations that he held women against their will and ran a "sex cult".

In response to that possibility, Greenberg told reporters Friday after Kelly's arrest that "Double jeopardy should bar that case". Kelly has written numerous hits for himself and other artists, including Celine Dion, Michael Jackson and Lady Gaga.

Each count of the new charges carries up to seven years in prison, and the sentences could be served consecutively, making it possible for him to receive up to 70 years.

After a dramatic trial he was acquitted in 2008 of charges of child pornography, also in Chicago. Probation is also an option.
