Wednesday's drawing is the third-largest lottery jackpot in USA history and Powerball's second-largest of all time, according to lottery officials. There were also one million dollar winners in Florida, Illinois, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Hampshire, New York, and SC, the Powerball website states.
This week's draw nudged into third place when it topped the $758 million Powerball total in August 2017. Powerball hopefuls could take home the $750 million jackpot.
The current jackpot would pay out $465.5 million if the victor were to elect to receive it in a lump sum.
The lucky numbers are 16-20-37-44-62 and the Powerball is 12.

Saturday's Powerball numbers were 24-25-52-60-66 with a Powerball number of 5.
