Customers that received a cancellation notice of their pre-order from Best Buy may choose to be notified once the item is available.

This doesn't mean you won't be able to purchase the Galaxy Fold from Best Buy in the future, but for now, placing a pre-order is not possible.

Samsung showcased its first foldable smartphone, the Galaxy Fold some time ago but things didn't go as planned for the South Korean smartphone maker.

Because Samsung is still uncertain about the new release date for the Galaxy Fold, Best Buy has chose to cancel all the current pre-orders of the Galaxy Fold.

There have been reports of improvements made to the Galaxy Fold and CEO Dj Koh has been quoted saying, "We will not be too late" when asked if the device will launch by the end of May.
