Chelsea star Eden Hazard will be officially unveiled at the Santiago Bernabeu after Chelsea play their final match of the season.

"I have made my decision, that's it". They also pipped another London club, Tottenham, to the third spot in the Premier League.

Hazard teased Chelsea fans a few days back during Chelsea's end of season ceremony when he hinted he would sign a new contract.

But sandwiched in between both matches, the west London outfit will spend time in the USA to play in a friendly raising funds for an anti-discrimination charity.

He further added that both Real Madrid and Chelsea were in talks over the superstar for the past several weeks.

Hazard blew a kiss and gave a thumbs-up sign to Chelsea fans who chanted: "Eden Hazard, we want to you stay" after the final whistle at the King Power. "Also there's the guys in the backline, players like David Luiz and [Toni] Rudiger, I'm looking forward to working with them and I think it's going to be really cool".

Bucks beat Celtics to advance to East final
There was one stretch in the second quarter where the Celtics could not buy a basket as Milwaukee built a double-digit lead. Milwaukee goes with Eric Bledsoe , Khris Middleton , Giannis Antetokounmpo , Nikola Mirotic and Brook Lopez to start.

But the move of Eden Hazard to Real Madrid seemed different.

"Would I have liked it to be cleared up earlier in the season?"

"I think coming here will be a smooth transition for me, already knowing the language and things like that", he said.

Hazard could play his last game for the Blues in their Europa League final against Arsenal at the Baku Olympic Stadium on May 29. "I just try to win games".

"I can say only that the club asked me for the Champions League, and we reached the target. And he's one of the best players in the world".

But the Belgian - who registered 16 goals and 15 assists for Chelsea in the Premier League - insisted that the persistent speculation linking him with Madrid in recent months has not affected his focus when it comes to football.
