The incident occurred on March 21 when the victim, identified as Serge Fournier, 74, encountered Bishop as he was exiting the bus with his walker.

Witnesses claim that as he walked, he passed a woman who had allegedly been cursing at various other passengers and asked her to be nicer.

Video shows what happened next: a woman shoved the 74-year-old man off the bus.

He later died from his injuries.

An elderly man was pushed off a Las Vegas bus and died several weeks later due to injuries he sustained.

Homicide detectives are seeking assistance in locating any individuals who were present during the incident.

Fournier "was pushed with enough force that he never touched any of the steps", the arrest warrant stated.

Police said when they were called to the scene the man refused help, instead taking himself to hospital later that night.
