A Hawaii woman with ties to St. Petersburg has been found alive in a forest on Maui island after going missing more than two weeks ago.

The area where Eller was found is believed to have been roughly four miles from where her auto and cell phone were discovered on May 9, in the parking lot of the Kahakapao Loop Trail of the Makawao Forest Reserve, KGMB reported.

Family spokeswoman Sarah Haynes confirmed she spoke with Eller's father, John.

On her website, Eller describes herself as a physical therapist who teaches yoga. Her white Toyota RAV4 was discovered in the forest parking lot with her phone and wallet inside.

Eller's family says she was "deep in a creek bed between two waterfalls". "I knew that we would find her".

Video posted to the Facebook page shows searchers and dogs at the site where her vehicle was found. Footage from CNN affiliate KHON in Honolulu showed a basket being lowered into the ravine and carrying Eller away to safety as Cantellops and other rescuers celebrate. Before the search teams left, Berquist helped train Eller's mom with more skills to search for her daughter.

"And just seeing the power of prayer and the power of love when everybody combines their efforts, is incredible", she added.

The successful rescue mission capped off a 17-day search in which friends and family of the Mechanicsville native had offered a $50,000 reward for information about what they feared was a possible abduction.

Eller told her father she was able to walk for the first five to eight days but at some point, she fell into a ravine, which was about seven miles from where she left her auto. Her mother said she was "incredibly grateful" by the news.

Sarri refused to shed any light on whether the final with Arsenal in Baku on May 29 would be Eden Hazard's last game for Chelsea. Keeping in mind the recent events it's nearly unlikely for Chelsea to evade the ban, and as it stands, they will be getting it.

Her mother told the Maui News that Eller survived by staying near a water source and eating wild raspberries and strawberry guavas.

"Amanda Eller has been FOUND ALIVE".

Maui police spokesman Lt. Gregg Okamoto said that Eller was spotted near the Kailua reservoir in East Maui at about 3:45 p.m.

"What she's been through, you'd never be able to tell", Dr. Zora Bulatovic said.

Hearing the news that her friend was missing was a gut punch for Olenik.

"She took a three-mile jog, went the wrong way".

At the time of her disappearance, her boyfriend Benjamin Konkol, said he couldn't give up hope on finding her and believed her would find her.

"I can't even put it into words", she said.
