Neymar has reportedly sent a "come-and-get-me" to Barcelona and his latest actions represent a strategy towards ensuring his move back to Spain happens.

"He made commitments, but these dates were not agreed with PSG". Leonardo is said to have tried to convince the striker to change his mind, to no avail. His holidays were up until July 8 and he has not arrived. Everyone's position is clear. But one thing is concrete today: he still has three years of contract with us and since we have not received an offer, we can not discuss anything. With no offer, there is nothing to discuss.

Barça claim Neymar owes them €75m for breach of contract, while he wants €28.6m from the Catalan club for an unpaid signing-on bonus he believes is owed. The Catalans have been in touch with the France worldwide since March apparently and Los Rojiblancos have not taken things lightly, launching an attack against their La Liga rivals in a statement released last week.

Neymar has told his current club Paris Saint-Germain that he wants to leave, according to Brazilian outlet UOL Esporte. "This was without the club's prior authorisation", read a statement. "The club regrets this situation and will therefore take appropriate action", said the club.

The inclusion of Benin in the agreement was announced by the Commissioner for Trade and Industry for the African Union. AU commission chairman Moussa Faki dubbed the African Continental Free Trade Area ( AfCFTA ) deal a "historic" moment.

Neymar has scored 34 Ligue 1 goals in two seasons since leaving Barca for PSG in a world-record €222million move, but injuries have hampered his efforts to help the club win their first Champions League crown.

The majority of the PSG squad went through medical tests on Monday to begin their pre-season programme under Thomas Tuchel.

The newspaper said last week the terms include Neymar reducing his salary from around 36 million euros at PSG to the 24 million euros he received at Barca in 2017.

A spokesman for Neymar told ESPN Brasil that the club had been informed months ago that he would not return to Paris until July 15 due to his "commercial and institutional agenda".
