Andrew Bynum files lawsuit against his former Neighbors

Over this last off-season, the Philadelphia 76ers traded for a premium seven foot 285 pound center, Andrew Bynum.  Coming to Philadelphia, Bynum was arguably one of the best centers in the NBA.  The trade was supposed to make the Philadelphia 76ers immediate Eastern Conference contenders.

Since the time of his pep rally introduction on August 15th until now, the atmosphere surrounding Bynum has changed night and day.  After injuring his knees more during a tough outing at the bowling alley, Bynum was recently been placed out indefinitely for playing for the 76ers. Now if that wasn’t bad enough, Bynum is in the news for something else.

Andrew Bynum filed a lawsuit against his former next door neighbors in Westchester, California.  He is claiming they are violent racist. He said they threw coins at his Ferrari, and that damaged his vehicle. He also claims they had a “long stick” that they used to bang on the side of his house.  Soon after, his neighbors counter-suit claiming that Andrew Bynum has been making their life hell. According to the Bynum’s neighbors, Cindy and Ramond Beckett, are filing against Bynum for the alleged offenses for constantly racing his luxury cars at dangerous speeds, blasting video games, brandishing firearms in an attempt to intimidate the Becketts,  letting his dogs run lose, listening to profane loud rap music,“apparently” using drugs and allowing weed some to drift next door.

There isn’t all bad news for this lawsuit. After the season is over, Bynum will not have to invite the Becketts over for any friendly barbecues.  The Becketts sold their house after they filed the suit. For the fans in Philadelphia, they hope Bynum will get back on the 76ers home court rather than to court sooner rather than later this season.
