Wednesday, March 13 –Devils 5, Flyers 2 at Prudential Center –The Devils held the Flyers to one first-period goal in opening up a four-goal lead that eventually became a 5-2 win. Patrick Elias scored an early power-play goal that Jake Voracek matched on a power play halfway through the first period, but the Devils followed that with four goals over the game’s next 31 minutes to take a 5-1 lead early in the third. Scott Hartnell closed out the scoring with 1:47 to play. Ilya Bryzgalov stopped 27 of 32 shots.
