The Drexel Dragons took on the Old Dominion Monarchs in CAA Action. Drexel off a loss to Northeastern while Old Dominion came into the game off a loss to George Mason. Old Dominion made a coaching change before this game firing coach Blaine Taylor and replaced him with Intern coach Jim Corrigan. The game was broadcasted Nationally on NBC Sports Network with Mike Corey and Ron Thompson Calling the action.
